My family

 I would like to introduce about my family. I don't have any brothers or sisters, but I have a bird. He is a species of parrot called Okina and his name is "Okina". 

He can learn human language. For example, "Good morning", "I'm home", "Welcome back", ang so on. Whenever I call his name, he turns around and says "Good morning". He is very cute.

Australian school system

 I went to Australia three years ago. At that time, I experienced the cultural differences between Japan and Australia. I would like to introduce the Australian school system ,which surprised me. The first is the size of the school grounds. It was roughly five times the size of a Japanese high school of ground. Thanks to that large ground, many students were able to play various sports at the same time! The second is that there was time for snacking before lunch time. By the time, all the students had started to eat almost the same amount of meat and bread for lunch. That means they won't go to class hungry. I'm very jealous! The third is that there were children of various ages in one class. Unlike Japanese schools, Australian schools did not divide students by grad but by intelligence. This means that they can study at their own level. I thought that Japan should adopt this system as well.

My favorite food

 My favorite food is Omelet rice. There are many types of rice for omelets, such as butter rice or ketchup rice, but I prefer ketchup rice.  Every year on my birthday, I eat an omelet made by my mother at home instead of eating out. This year I spent my birthday not at home but at a friend's house, and of course they celebrated with omelet rice. Do you have a specific food that you eat on your birthday?
